We luckily found him with the Trulia app. We were originally working with a different Realtor® but we didn’t feel like she was really helping us that much so we started to look for a new one and found Wes! At the first house, he showed us we knew he was a great Realtor®. He knew all about the neighborhoods and pointed out a bunch of useful things to know in each house. For example, the first house we looked at backed up to a busy road so he mentioned that to us and let us know that it could affect resale. Same with another house that was near a bunch of power lines. He gave us really good info and was always honest and would let us know his opinion on each house.
